Co-payments
If you decide to opt for co-payments (in order to reduce your premium further) the co-payments are very reasonable:
- 0 – 6 services: FREE
- 7 – 10 services: €3
- 11 – 15 services: €6
- 16+ services: €9
In instances where you require a course of services these are charged at special rates with a one off payment of €12. These include:
- Physiotherapy (10 treatment sessions)
- Oxygen Therapy (30 days)
- Aerosol Therapy (15 days)
- Ventilotherapy (15 days)

Waiting Periods :
- Vital Emergencies: IMMEDIATE
- Ambulatory surgery: 3 months (Ambulante Operation: 3 Monate)
- Radiotherapy, chemotherapy, cobalt therapy, radioactive isotopes, linear accelerator, scanner, magnetic resonance, nuclear medicine, bone densitometry, lithotripsy, digital arteriography, radio-neurosurgery and prostate hyperthermia services: 6 months
- High technology diagnostic tests: 6 months
- Psychology: 6 months (Psychologie: 6 Monate)
- Vasectomy / Sterilisation 8 months
- Hospitalisation, including inpatients, day patients and childbirth: 10 months
- Bariatric treatment: 70 months
Discounts :
Additional discounts are available according to your Premium payment options:
- For a one-off annual payment: 4% discount
Age Limits :
- Initially you may contract this policy up to age 75. There is no upper age limit to remain covered, once contracted.
